Andrew Mccrae
(B.Bus MBA CA)
Andrew is a chartered accountant and registered tax agent and holds an MBA from University of NSW.
Andrew has extensive experience in accounting, tax and business advice and held has held senior roles at BDO Melbourne, Balanced Accounting, and CFO for Metelecus and Full Bore.
Andrew has responsibility for a range of individual, business, and SMSF clients as well as provides strategic and financial strategy advice to board and business management.
David Probert

David is a chartered accountant and registered tax agent and holds a MBA from RMIT University.
David has an extensive background in industry and private practise both locally and internationally, including senior roles with a number of major institutions and multi
nationals.
David has responsibility for providing business support, financial management and business advice to a wide range of business clients around Australia.
Stephen Lambert

Stephen is Principal, BW Capital Melbourne–an independent, boutique financial advisory firm. Stephen specializes in providing strategic financial and investment advice.
Stephen has held senior roles with leading institutions including Citigroup, NAB and MGI Melbourne (now part of PWC).
Stephen has a Economics degree from University of Sydney and a Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University.
Meegan Palmer
Business Services
Meegan is an accountant based in Melbourne and holds a Business Degree majoring in Accounting from RMIT University.
Meegan has recently moved to Australia from South Africa, and assists our clients in both the business advisory and services parts of the business.

Le has over 22 years of senior public accounting experience, and is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Public Accountants.
Le provides outsourced Financial Controller services to a range of SME clients, as well as providing consulting services in cyber security.

Glenn’s experience is in support and technology solutions and services for clients. Glenn is a Xero Certified partner and specialises in Xero and MYOB accounting and payroll solutions as well as specialist app solutions for building and construction clients.

Fiona provides CFO management and advice services to clients. Fiona has working in a variety of legal firms and companies in senior financial roles.
Fiona’s expertise is in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and analysis and SMSF fund administration.
Annabelle Probert
Client Support Services
Annabelle provides support services to the business, particularly around client compliance in relation to ASIC and ATO requirements, as well as assisting business in digital transformation.
Matthew Probert
Client Support Services
Matthew provides support to the business, particularly in the areas of payroll and accounts processing for our clients.
Matthew is currently completing a business degree at RMIT University.
